Online Pro - UV/Vis/NIR Industrial Online Analyzer

The OnlinePro™ analyzer products are designed for use in industrial applications as on-line process measurement and control units by measuring sample diffuse reflectance, transmittance and with options of fluorescence or Raman scattering characteristics. The system is integrated with a unique long lifetime light source, grating based broadband array spectrometers, of covering 400-1,700 nm or 400-2,200 nm and with an option of reaching to 200 nm, an air curtained sampling window, and a temperature regulation system. By use of high dynamic range array detector based spectrometers the system offers advantages of highly reliable no-moving parts design and a high speed data acquisition of over 50 complete spectra a second along with a plug-and-play USB interface. Together with a NEMA 4X or IP 65 enclosure the BWS analyzer is rugged and well suited for industrial on-line applications. The OnlinePro™ is also optimized for minimal maintenance with a long lifetime illumination light source of typically over 10,000 hours. Equipped with an air-curtained sampling window the optical path of the system is protected from dust and moisture. A motorized standard material referencing mechanism option is available for meeting automated production line requirements. The analyzer is temperature cooled and regulated to within +/- 1 degree C of its setting which makes the system ideal for long term high performance operations in demanding environmental conditions The non-contact systems incorporate a unique long lifetime light source and a grating based broadband array spectrometer. Various spectrometers can be used to select wavelength ranges between 190 and 2900 nm. An air curtained sampling window, and a temperature regulation system are also included as standard items. The transmittance/reflectance systems incorporate the same unique long lifetime light source and a grating based broadband array spectrometer options. They also add the flexibility of fluorescence or Raman measurements as needed by simply replacing the light source with a suitable excitation source.
